Welcome to

 YMSL Sandy Springs, GA Chapter

YMSL was founded by moms who envisioned an organization that would allow mothers and their high school aged sons to work together in support of those in need within their community.

The Sandy Springs Young Men's Service League Chapter began in August, 2017.  Our members are moms and boys from all over Sandy Springs, GA.  Young Men's Service League is a non-profit organization that initiates and encourages young men and their mothers to pursue philanthropic involvement in their community, and provides an opportunity to enhance mother/son relationships. The Sandy Springs Chapter is thrilled to be underway, lending support and making a difference in our community.

Young Men’s Service League, Inc has a National Board of Directors which governs and promotes the expansion of YMSL Chapters throughout the United States to allow young men and their mothers to assist, serve, and support those who are in need in their communities. YMSL members have served over 100,000 community service hours since the organization was formed in 2001.  Each Chapter is very hands on, with it's own Board of Directors, and important roles and committee slots filled by every mom and son.

Example of Boy's Meeting

Chapter Meetings are held regularly and with unique agendas and sometimes locations for mom's and boy's meetings.  Boys meetings focus on life skills, communication and leadership.  Often, a member of the community is invited to present and engage the boys in conversation and activities demonstrating the skill.
